ABOUT OUR TECHNOLOGY


Unlike others, Dr. Kibol's one-stage technology for the production of continuous basalt fiber includes only the following operations: feeding the rock into the smelting furnace, melting it, drawing the fiber through special devices in the furnace and winding it onto reels

Melting furnaces

Basalt rock after crushing and
washing machine is loaded into the oven. Melting is carried out using a developed high-speed technology, which ensures short melting time and, as a result, lower cost, energy consumption, better quality of the resulting fiber and reduced impact on the environment

The technology for producing continuous basalt fiber has two aspects - general and individual. The general principle preserves the principles of single-stage, speed and quality of the process. Individual is an addition to the general principles and is developed by us taking into account the properties of the raw material - basalt rocks from the Client’s deposits. To do this, our team conducts research into the chemical composition of basalt, its physical and mechanical properties, melts the rock and studies the fiber obtained in the laboratory

Technology management

The entire production process is controlled using a computer control system. All process parameters are displayed on the operator control panel

Equipment

All equipment that is used in production technology is developed by us and is protected by patents. It ensures the stability of the technological process, the physical and mechanical properties of the produced fiber and high energy efficiency
